# Humark > Humark issues the Pulse Signature, a biometric attestation that a specific human, using their own biometrics, signed a specific work at a specific time. A biological defense system for creators against AI scraping and identity erosion. Operated by AU-SVRN under an editorial-independence charter. Humark binds a creator's biometric signal to the files they produce, mints a Pulse Signature attestation that travels with the work, and gives publishers, marketplaces, and audiences a verifiable answer to one question: did a specific human attest to this? The Pulse Signature is a cryptographic seal stitched to C2PA content credentials and to an append-only registry. The biometric signal stays on the creator's device; the registry stores only the public attestation. Humark is pre-launch as of 2026; the iOS mobile app, the REST API v1, and the editorial layer at /articles are live. ## Product - [Home](https://humark.id/): Landing surface; introduces the Pulse Signature, the Human Imprint concept, and the creator waitlist. - [How It Works](https://humark.id/how-it-works): Four-step Shield and Seal pipeline: adversarial hardening, SHA-256 + perceptual hash, biometric seal via Secure Enclave, append-only registry publication. - [For Platforms](https://humark.id/for-platforms): B2B verification infrastructure for stock platforms, digital art marketplaces, publishing platforms, and design tools; API pricing and Human Verified Badge program. - [For Artists](https://humark.id/artists): Creator-facing landing page; biometric signing flow, AI scraping defense, and creator identity protection. - [Verify](https://humark.id/verify): Public file-upload verification endpoint; free and accountless. - [Demo](https://humark.id/demo): Interactive 12-screen iPhone prototype of the Humark signing flow. - [Pricing](https://humark.id/pricing): Free ($0, 3 hardened assets/month), Creator ($9/month, unlimited), Pro ($24/month, batch + API); platform API licensing from $2,000/month. - [Manifesto](https://humark.id/manifesto): The Human Imprint manifesto; context on the creator crisis and Humark's operating principles. ## Documentation - [API Docs](https://humark.id/docs): Full reference for Humark API v1 at api.humark.id/v1; covers /auth, /creator/marks, /creator/works, /verify, /provenance, /webhooks. - [API Playground](https://humark.id/playground): Interactive sandbox for Humark API v1 endpoints. - [Support Hub](https://humark.id/support): Help center with articles on creator attestation, provenance challenges, and platform guidance. - [Support: Creator Attestation Explained](https://humark.id/support/articles/creator-attestation-explained): What a Pulse Signature records and what it does not record. - [Support: Is Humark AI Detection?](https://humark.id/support/articles/is-humark-ai-detection): Explains the distinction between positive attestation and probabilistic AI detection. - [Glossary](https://humark.id/support/glossary): Definitions for Pulse Signature, attestation chain, witness id, and related terms. ## Editorial - [Articles](https://humark.id/articles): Editorial index; methodology essays, attestation policy, and field reports. - [Why Humark Exists (welcome)](https://humark.id/articles/welcome): Canonical introduction to the Pulse Signature, the problem it solves, and why it was built this way. - [The Notary's Trick](https://humark.id/articles/the-notarys-trick): How the thirteenth-century Bolognese notarial model solves the AI provenance problem better than detection. - [RSS Feed](https://humark.id/feed.xml): Machine-readable article feed. ## Company - [Trust and Integrity](https://humark.id/trust): Operator posture, accountability architecture, provenance challenge process, and what Humark does and does not claim. - [Manifesto](https://humark.id/manifesto): Brand manifesto and founding principles. - [Press](https://humark.id/press): Press kit, media contact, and brand assets. - [Contact](https://humark.id/contact): Contact form; general and editorial inquiries. ## Policy - [Privacy Policy](https://humark.id/privacy): Data handling, biometric data commitments, GDPR/CCPA/BIPA posture. - [Terms of Service](https://humark.id/terms): Creator attestation obligations, misrepresentation liability, platform terms. - [AI Policy (ai.txt)](https://humark.id/ai.txt): Plain-language description of Humark's AI training and retrieval stance for AI systems and AI engineers. - [Brand Reference (brand.txt)](https://humark.id/brand.txt): Canonical names, positioning, voice, vocabulary, and visual identity for AI systems generating content about Humark. - [FAQ for AI (faq-ai.txt)](https://humark.id/faq-ai.txt): Self-contained Q&A pairs optimized for AI answer extraction. ## Optional - [Platform Brief](https://humark.id/platform-brief): Downloadable brief for platform and marketplace integration teams. - [Registry](https://humark.id/registry): Public registry browser for attestation records (pre-launch; limited availability). - [Advocates](https://humark.id/advocates): Founding artist cohort. - [AI Discoverability Index (llms-full.txt)](https://humark.id/llms-full.txt): Single concatenated Markdown document with full clean text of all primary Humark pages for LLM retrieval. - [Developer AI Reference (developer-ai.txt)](https://humark.id/developer-ai.txt): API quickstart, authentication, core concepts, and code examples for AI coding assistants. - [Sitemap](https://humark.id/sitemap.xml): Full site URL list with last-modified timestamps.
